Eyely
I am the acting creative director and graphic designer for the re-brand and web development of the third party home decor platform, Eyely. I have solely designed and coordinated the UI/UX design for the website from conceptualization to execution. Below are some of the wireframes from the redesign process, as well as a link to the current website.
Project Type: UI/UX Design
Roles: Creative Director, Graphic Designer
Programs: Illustrator, Figma
Timeline: 2 months
The Process
The problem with this design task was finding a balance between the vast array of different products that all had to find a space in my new vision for the website. Prior to this project, the previous website was overwhelming and unrefined. Therefore, I wanted to create a simplified and cohesive visual interface that was calming to browse. Below are a few wireframes from the process of creating the website.
From the first few wireframes, it became apparent that the vast array of products needed to be more featured on the homepage, while still following the simplified aesthetic I set out to create. As I learned more about which products took priority over others, the sections began to evolve. I created more category sections that had created a better browsing experience with fewer clicks.
